Jim Kearney

Jim Kearney is the founder and President of Norwinden LLC. Norwinden LLC serves emerging diagnostic/lab and healthcare companies with needs in the area of managed care medical policy coverage and contracting. Prior to founding Norwinden, Mr. Kearney led the strategic national managed care contracting at Good Start Genetics, a nationally recognized genetic testing lab with a concentration in the field of reproductive health. Through Mr. Kearney’s direct efforts GSG successfully contracted with both regional (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and national (Aetna, UHC, Cigna, and Anthem) health plans whose membership totaled over 150 million lives.

Mr. Kearney has held similar roles at Quest Diagnostics and Miraca Life Sciences, a subspecialty provider of anatomic pathology services. Mr. Kearney has led several successful new product launch/commercializations. While at Quest Mr. Kearney was responsible for a book of business which exceeded a billion dollars annually while managing a team of 13 Account Executives.

A six-time winner of President’s Club Mr. Kearney launched his clinical lab career in field sales and sales management.
